  • According to Internal Training Scheme, effectuating trainings, and training 15 hours/staff for our all personall staff
  • Providing the rate of Personal Staff's Satisfaction to 96%
  • Decreasing the rate of manufacturing defect below 1%
  • Decreasing the rate of Process Control Error below 1%
  • Providing 100% Maintenance System which are planned
  • Increasing the amount of Supplier, with  a acceptable quality level, by 2
  • Integrating 5 new firm as sub-contractors
  • Increasing the success rate of bids above 60%
  • Providing the rate of submitting Business Deadline Plans above 92%
  • Keeping the rate of malfunctioning products and unfit service under 1%
  • Increasing the rate of revenue 15% compared to the previous year.
  • Evaluating and solving the customer complaint in 5 days
  • Increasing the repair rate of malfunctioning devices as 55% compared to the previous year in authorized district services
  • Providing the success rate of Suppliers above 85%
